The genuine Grandstream power supply for the HT812 and HT813 analogue adaptors and the GHP610 and GHP611 hotel phones.

The hotel phones are the reason most of these get ordered. The GHP610 and GHP611 are designed around PoE — one cable to the room, nothing for a guest to unplug. But a property fitting phones into rooms that were never given a PoE switch port needs this adapter for every one of them, and that is a decision worth making before the phones arrive rather than after.

Use the correct adapter. Voltage and polarity vary across the Grandstream range, and a generic supply of roughly the right size can damage the device.

Frequently asked questions

My hotel phones are PoE — do I need this?

Only for rooms with no PoE at the phone position. If the property has PoE throughout, you will not need any of these; if it does not, you need one per room, which is worth working out before the phones are delivered.

Is a Wi-Fi hotel phone an alternative?

Often, yes. The GHP610W and GHP611W join the property's Wi-Fi instead of needing a network socket — they come with their own adapter and still need a plug socket, but they save running a cable to every room.

Can I use any adapter of the same size?

Better not to. Voltage and polarity differ across the range and the wrong supply can damage the device.

Does it fit the GHP620 or GHP630?

This is the listed part for the GHP610 and GHP611 alongside the HT812 and HT813. Other hotel phones may take a different supply — send us the model number and we will confirm.
