Will it fit a UCM6300 series PBX?

This is the listed part for the UCM6202, UCM6204 and UCM6208. The newer UCM6300 series may take a different supply — send us the model number and we will confirm before you order.

Should I hold a spare?

If the phone system matters, yes. It is the single component whose failure takes down every extension at once, with no warning and no partial failure.
