Do I need my own SIM card?

No — the uFi comes with a data SIM including 10 GB of free high-speed data, valid for 30 days in the UK and 34 European countries. When it runs out, simply scan the QR code on the device or visit the SIMPoYo plans page to top up.

Where does the included data work?

The free allowance covers the UK (including Gibraltar) and 34 European countries; top-up plans also cover destinations in the Middle East and Asia such as Israel, the UAE, Singapore, Japan and South Korea. Note the uFi is available only in the EU and UK.

How do I use it with a GL.iNet router?

Plug it into the router's USB port and use it as a USB tethering device. On home routers it can also act as automatic backup: if your broadband goes down, the uFi switches on and keeps every device connected.

How many devices can it serve?

Up to 8 at once over its built-in Wi-Fi hotspot — phones, laptops, tablets — while maintaining high-speed performance without phone-hotspot throttling.

Does it need drivers or an app?
