The Snom D865 is the flagship of the D8xx series — the phone for people who work intensively on voice all day and for executive desks where the phone should simply have everything. Dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth, hearing-aid compatibility, advanced noise reduction: it is the all-rounder of the range.
The 5-inch LCD moves freely through 40 degrees with crystal-clear colour whatever the lighting, and ten BLF keys expand to 36 with page view. Bluetooth takes wireless headsets directly; a DECT handset can even be integrated via dongle for staff who roam. If those extras are surplus, the D862 keeps the screen and audio for less. Ships without a PSU — plan PoE, or a mains adapter for WiFi desks.

Frequently asked questions
PoE or PSU?
PoE on the Ethernet port is the standard route. No PSU is included ("no PSU" is literal) — if you deploy over WiFi, order the mains adapter with the phone.
Can I use a Bluetooth headset directly?
Yes — Bluetooth is built in, so wireless headsets pair without a USB dongle.
What is the DECT dongle option about?
With Snom's DECT dongle, a cordless DECT handset can be registered to the D865, giving a desk phone plus roaming handset in one extension.
