Overview

The Snom D8C Expansion Module is an expansion module for all D8xx series devices. The expansion module has a large, high-resolution colour display with a very clear user interface. Connected to the telephone via USB using plug and play, the Snom D8C expands the D8xx series telephones with an additional large screen and a wide range of application options. With the help of the 20 physical (60 virtual) freely programmable and multi-coloured LED function keys, the status of colleagues, for example, can be quickly identified and a call quickly forwarded. If the corresponding line or the LED function line lights up red or yellow, the person in question is inactive or busy. Where an even more comprehensive overview is required, up to three Snom D8Cs in series can be connected. Simply plug and play via USB. Configuration of the Snom D8C is always very straightforward, either via the telephone system or the Snom web interface. The user can decide almost freely what and how things are displayed in the D8C - Snom supports several styles and symbols or even customised backgrounds! Snom D8C Expansion Module Key Features
