The EX230v is an AX1800 dual-band Wi-Fi 6 gigabit router with VoIP telephony built in — the tidy way to give a home or home office fast wireless, wired gigabit and phone service from a single box. Wi-Fi runs at up to 1.8 Gbps combined (1201 Mbps on 5 GHz, 574 Mbps on 2.4 GHz), with four antennas and beamforming pushing coverage into the far corners.

The gigabit WAN port and four gigabit LAN ports handle fibre broadband and wired devices, while the RJ11 phone connection carries multiple VoIP accounts in place of a traditional landline. It is EasyMesh compatible, so coverage can grow without replacing the router, and ISPs can manage it remotely over TR-069 and related protocols. Need multi-gig or more Wi-Fi capacity? The EX820v is the AX6000 step up; for xDSL lines the VX230v has the modem built in.
