TP-Link Omada SG3452P L2+ PoE Switch

The Omada SG3452P puts 48 Gigabit PoE+ ports and four Gigabit SFP slots into a single L2+ managed chassis — the natural edge switch for a building full of access points, IP phones and cameras. Every copper port supports 802.3af/at PoE+ at up to 30 W, sharing a 384 W total budget.

It is the switch that powers an Omada wireless estate: ceiling APs such as the EAP650 and EAP225 draw power straight from its ports, and with an OC200 controller the whole network is configured and monitored from one dashboard.

How many PoE devices can it power?

All 48 copper ports are PoE+ capable at up to 30 W each, drawing from a shared 384 W budget. Add up your devices' worst-case draw — for typical access points and phones that comfortably covers a large deployment.

Do I need an Omada controller?

No — standalone management via web, CLI, SNMP and RMON is built in. A controller is optional and brings switches, APs and gateways into one cloud dashboard.

SG3452P or SG3452XP?

Choose the SG3452XP when you need 10G SFP+ uplinks and a larger 500 W PoE budget; the SG3452P with Gigabit SFP uplinks and 384 W suits most office edges at a lower cost.
