TP-Link
SL2428PTP-Link Omada SL2428P Smart PoE Switch
The Omada SL2428P is a smart-managed PoE switch for sites with lots of 100 Mbps powered devices — IP phones, cameras, door entry — that still want proper VLANs, QoS and cloud management. It offers 24 × 10/100 Mbps 802.3af/at PoE+ ports with up to 30 W each, two Gigabit RJ45 ports and two combo Gigabit RJ45/SFP ports, all inside a 250 W total PoE budget.
As part of the Omada ecosystem it can be adopted by an OC200 controller and managed from the same dashboard as your access points — the EAP225 is a natural partner on its PoE ports — or run standalone via web, CLI, SNMP and RMON.

Frequently asked questions
Why choose 10/100 PoE ports?
Because most PoE endpoints — phones, cameras, entry systems — never need more than 100 Mbps. You get 24 powered ports and smart management at a much lower cost than an all-gigabit equivalent, and the gigabit/SFP uplinks carry the aggregate upstream.
Smart-managed or unmanaged — which do I need?
If you want VLANs, QoS for voice, ACLs or central monitoring, choose this smart switch. If the site is a flat single network with nothing to segment, an unmanaged PoE switch such as the SL1226P does the job.
Do I need an Omada controller?
No — it manages standalone via web, CLI, SNMP and RMON. An Omada controller is optional and unifies switches, APs and gateways in one dashboard.
What is the PoE budget?
250 W in total across the 24 PoE+ ports, with up to 30 W available on any single port.
