TL-POE160STP-Link PoE Injector
The TL-POE160S is a compact PoE injector that adds power to a single network run — the inexpensive fix when one access point or camera needs PoE and the switch behind it cannot supply it. Data in from the switch, mains in from the wall, and both leave together up one cable to the device.
Rawlplugs and screws are included so it can be fixed neatly to a wall or backboard next to the cabinet, and a network cable and UK IEC-C5 power lead complete the kit. It is the classic companion for a single ceiling AP such as the EAP225; if you are powering more than a couple of devices, a PoE switch like the SG1008P is the tidier route.

Frequently asked questions
When is an injector the right choice?
When just one or two devices need PoE on an otherwise non-PoE network. It avoids replacing a perfectly good switch; beyond that, a PoE switch works out tidier and cheaper per port.
How is it installed?
In line on the run: switch to injector data port, mains to the injector via the included IEC-C5 lead, then one combined cable on to the device. The included rawlplugs and screws let you fix it to the wall beside the cabinet.
Will it power my device?
