It registers up to four SIP accounts, shows them on a 2.4-inch colour display, and carries Yealink's Optima HD Audio with Smart Noise Cancellation so calls stay clear on the move. Dual-band 2.4G/5G Wi-Fi 6 with seamless roaming keeps calls alive as staff walk between access points, and Bluetooth 5.0 handles headsets.

The 2000 mAh battery is rated for 9 hours of talk time and 200 hours on standby — a full shift with margin. If the environment involves drops, dust or water, its rugged sibling the AX86R adds IP67 protection and a bigger battery.
