Yealink T31G SIP Desk Phone (No PSU)

The T31G is the gigabit version of Yealink's entry-level desk phone: two SIP accounts, a 132×64-pixel backlit LCD, local five-way conferencing and HD voice, but with dual gigabit Ethernet ports instead of the T31P's 10/100.

That matters on one common setup: the desktop PC plugged in through the back of the phone. With the T31G the PC keeps its full gigabit link; with the T31P it drops to 100 Mbps. If the desk has no network drop at all, look at the T31W with built-in Wi-Fi instead.

As the title says, no power supply is in the box — it is built for PoE switch deployments, which is how most fleets of these are rolled out.

Frequently asked questions

Is a power supply included?

No — the No PSU variant ships without one. Use a PoE (802.3af) switch port, or add a Yealink 5V PSU separately for non-PoE installs.

Does it work with hosted VoIP platforms?

Yes — it is a standard SIP endpoint supported by essentially all hosted PBX providers, and it supports auto-provisioning for bulk rollouts. Ask us to confirm your specific platform.

What is the difference from the T31P?

Only the Ethernet ports: gigabit here versus 10/100 on the T31P. Everything else — screen, accounts, audio — is the same.

Can I add an expansion module?

No — the T31 series does not take sidecar modules. If you need lots of programmable keys, look at the T7x range instead.
