Frequently asked questions
Is a power supply included?
Yes — the box includes a 12V 2.5A power adapter with both UK and EU clips, plus an Ethernet cable and quick start guide, so it is ready to deploy out of the box.
How does it differ from the EE3101?
Both are Wi-Fi 7 gateways in the same Zyxel EE family. The EE3301 is the higher-rated BE7200 model built around 2.5G internet delivery, while the EE3101 is the BE3600 model — pick the EE3301 for premium multi-gigabit packages.
Can I extend coverage in a larger home?
Yes. Pair it with a Zyxel WE-series extender such as the WE3300 to push BE7200-class Wi-Fi 7 into every corner of the property.
Does it handle voice as well as broadband?
Yes — the EE3301-00 is a VoIP gateway, so providers can deliver broadband and voice services from a single device.
