Draytek Vigor 2763 ADSL/VDSL Security Router (No WLAN) (replaces 2765)

The Vigor 2763 combines a VDSL2/ADSL2+ modem, a firewall and a VPN router in one compact unit — a complete broadband gateway for home offices and small business sites on FTTC or ADSL lines. There is no separate modem to buy or manage: the DSL line plugs straight in.

Of its four Gigabit LAN ports, one is switchable to act as a backup Ethernet WAN, so a second connection can keep the site online if the DSL service fails. It is highly configurable, with web content filtering, bandwidth limits, QoS and much more. Extend it with a VigorAP 905 for wireless coverage or step up to the Vigor 2763ac for built-in Wi-Fi.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a separate modem?

No — the VDSL2/ADSL2+ modem is built in, so the router connects directly to the DSL line. A DSL cable is included in the box.

Can I add a backup internet connection?

Yes. One of the four Gigabit LAN ports is switchable to a backup WAN interface, so you can connect a second feed for failover.

Does it support VPN?

Yes — the 2763 is a VPN router, suitable for connecting remote workers and linking sites securely. Tell us your setup and we will confirm the right configuration.

Does this model have Wi-Fi?

No — the standard 2763 is wired only. Choose the Vigor 2763ac for built-in 802.11ac Wave 2 wireless, or add a VigorAP access point.
