The VigorAP 905 is a business-grade wireless access point from DrayTek's VigorAP range, built to add dependable Wi-Fi coverage to offices, shops and home-worker setups. A pair of external antennas keeps the signal strong across the room, and the supplied fixings mean it can sit on a desk or shelf on its rubber feet or be screwed neatly to a wall.
It is a natural companion to a DrayTek Vigor router such as the Vigor 2763 or Vigor 2767, extending wireless coverage where the router alone cannot reach, with a VigorSwitch G1080 tying the wired side together.

Does it need a separate power supply?
No — a 12V/1.5A PSU is included in the box, together with a Cat 5e network cable, so the AP is ready to connect out of the box.
Can it be wall mounted?
Yes. Screws and hole plugs are supplied for wall installation, and rubber feet are included if you would rather place it on a desk or shelf.
Will it work with a non-DrayTek router?
Yes — it connects over standard Ethernet and serves Wi-Fi on any network, though pairing it with a Vigor router keeps everything within one management ecosystem.
How many access points do I need?
