How does it connect to my phone or PC?

Via Poly's Quick Disconnect (QD) connector: add the USB QD cable for PC softphones, or the correct bottom cable for your desk phone. Tell us what is on the desk and we will supply the right cable.

EncorePro 520 or 510 — which should my agents have?

Choose the 520 (this model) for maximum concentration in noisy rooms; choose the 510 monaural where staff also need an ear on colleagues. They are otherwise the same design.

Is it heavy to wear all day?
