The genuine Grandstream power supply for the WP820 cordless Wi-Fi handset — for a charging cradle whose adapter has been lost, damaged or borrowed for something else.
It is a small thing to keep on a shelf. A handset with no way to charge is a handset out of service, and on a site running a fleet of them the adapter is the part most likely to walk off.
Use the correct adapter. Voltage and polarity vary across the Grandstream range and a generic supply of roughly the right size can damage the device or degrade the battery. If the model number on your handset does not match, tell us and we will send the right one.

Can I use any adapter of the same size?
Better not to. Voltage and polarity differ across the range, and the wrong supply can damage the handset or shorten the battery's life. The saving is a couple of pounds; the risk is a handset.
Does it include the charging cradle?
No — this is the power adapter only. If the cradle itself is damaged, we stock spare cradles too; tell us which handset and we will send the right one.
How many spares should I hold?
On a fleet of handsets, one or two. Adapters are the part most likely to disappear, and a handset that cannot charge is a handset out of service.
