EAP773-CeilingTP-Link EAP773 Ceiling Mount Access Point
The EAP773 is the flagship tri-band Wi-Fi 7 ceiling AP: BE9300 rates of 5760 Mbps on 6 GHz, 2880 Mbps on 5 GHz and 574 Mbps on 2.4 GHz, with combined wireless throughput of up to 11 Gbps for a genuinely bufferless network. Multi-Link Operation lets clients send and receive across bands and channels simultaneously.
Its single 10 Gbps PoE++ port means both the power and the backhaul arrive on one cable with headroom to spare — feed it from a 10G PoE++ switch such as the Omada SX3206HPP. At 32.5 mm deep and 220 mm across it disappears into the ceiling line, and centralised management, mesh and AI roaming tie a fleet of them together — an OC300 controller suits estates of this ambition. The EAP772 is the 2.5G-uplink alternative.
Key features
- BE9300 tri-band Wi-Fi 7 — 5760 (6 GHz) + 2880 (5 GHz) + 574 Mbps (2.4 GHz), up to 11 Gbps combined.
- 1 × 10G PoE++ port — single-cable power and multi-gigabit backhaul.
- Clear 6 GHz band for cleaner, wider spectrum.
- Up to 320 MHz bandwidth for many more simultaneous transmissions at full speed.
- Multi-Link Operation and Multi-RUs keep latency and interference low.
- Ultra-thin design — 32.5 mm deep, 220 mm circumference, deployable almost anywhere.
- Centralised management, mesh and AI roaming for multi-AP estates.

Frequently asked questions
Why does an access point need a 10G port?
Because BE9300 radios can move more traffic than 2.5G — the 10 Gbps PoE++ port removes the wired bottleneck entirely, which is the point of buying a flagship AP.
What switch do I need to power it?
A port supplying PoE++ — a 10G PoE++ switch such as the SX3206HPP delivers power and full-rate backhaul on the same cable.
Will older devices still connect?
Yes — Wi-Fi 5 and 6 clients connect as normal; Wi-Fi 7 clients additionally get MLO, 320 MHz channels and the 6 GHz band.
