The TP-Link Omada SG2210P (TL-SG2210P) is the go-to small-office Omada PoE switch: eight Gigabit 802.3af/at PoE+ ports with a 61 W budget, two Gigabit SFP slots for uplinks, and full smart-switch management — all in a fanless case that sits silently on a desk or wall.

Adopt it into Omada SDN for centralised cloud management via the web or the Omada app, or manage it standalone through web, CLI, SNMP and RMON. Static routing, VLAN, ACL, QoS and IGMP Snooping give you proper segmentation and smooth voice and video — everything a small business LAN actually uses.

It is the natural companion to an Omada ER605 router and a couple of EAP610 access points — a complete managed small-office network from three boxes. Need more PoE headroom? The SG2210MP raises the budget to 150 W.

Do I need an Omada controller?

No — the SG2210P works standalone via its web UI, CLI, SNMP or RMON. Add an OC200 (or the software controller) when you want cloud access and one dashboard across all your Omada kit.

How many access points can it power?

Eight PoE+ ports with a 61 W shared budget comfortably run several typical APs and phones — total up the real draw of your devices; if you expect to load every port heavily, step up to the SG2210MP's 150 W budget.

Is it noisy?

No — it is fanless, so it can live in the office itself rather than a comms cupboard.

Does it need a separate power supply?

The power adapter is included in the box, along with an installation guide and rubber feet.
