The SG3428XMP is a Layer 2+ PoE access switch built to power a floor's worth of access points, IP phones and cameras while still uplinking at 10 Gbps. Twenty-four Gigabit 802.3af/at PoE+ ports share a 384 W budget with up to 30 W available per port, so high-draw devices like PTZ cameras or Wi-Fi 6 access points are covered alongside phones and low-power sensors.
Four 10 Gbps SFP+ slots carry that traffic back to an aggregation switch such as the SG3428XF without becoming the bottleneck. It joins the same Omada SDN estate as the access points it powers, and its durable metal casing and rack-mountable design suit a comms cabinet or plant room.
