TP-Link
SL1226PTP-Link SL1226P 24 Port Unmanaged Switch
The SL1226P is a plug-and-play PoE switch built with surveillance in mind: 24 PoE+ 10/100 Mbps ports for cameras and phones, two Gigabit RJ45 ports and two combo Gigabit SFP slots for uplinks, and a generous 250 W total PoE budget with up to 30 W available per port.
Its Extend Mode pushes data and power up to 250 m down a single cable — well beyond the standard 100 m — which is exactly what long camera runs across car parks and warehouses need. Priority Mode reserves quality on ports 1–8 for sensitive feeds, and PoE Auto Recovery reboots any camera or device that stops responding, without a site visit.
Because it is unmanaged, there is nothing to configure: cable it up and it works. For a smaller install, the SL1311MP follows the same recipe with 8 PoE ports.

Frequently asked questions
Are 10/100 ports enough for CCTV?
Yes — IP cameras stream well within 100 Mbps, and the aggregated traffic leaves over the Gigabit RJ45 or SFP uplinks, so the recorder link is not the bottleneck.
How does the 250 m Extend Mode work?
A hardware switch puts the PoE ports into Extend Mode, trading speed for reach so both data and power travel up to 250 m over one cable — no midspan repeaters needed.
Does it need any configuration?
No. It is unmanaged: plug in the uplink and your powered devices and it runs. Priority, Extend and Isolation modes are simple hardware settings, not software menus.
What happens if a camera locks up?
PoE Auto Recovery detects a dropped or unresponsive powered device and power-cycles that port automatically to bring it back online.
