Practical touches suit real meeting rooms: the acoustic fabric finish shrugs off accidental liquid spills, and the understated design does not fight the room. Pair a smartphone over Bluetooth and the CP925 becomes the audio front end for hybrid UC meetings run from the mobile.

It is the entry point of the three CP conference phones in this range — the CP935W goes fully wireless with a battery and Wi-Fi, and the CP965 steps up to 13 microphones for large rooms. Ships without a PSU: PoE is the normal way to run it.
