CloudUCM or UCM RemoteConnect — which do I need?

CloudUCM is the phone system, hosted in the cloud — you need no PBX hardware. UCM RemoteConnect is the remote-access service for businesses that already own a UCM6300 appliance.

What if we grow past 200 extensions?

Stack the EXTRA200 add-on for another 200 seats on the same system — no migration. Past that scale, we would also talk about the on-premise UCM6300 range and Software UCM as alternatives.

Cloud or an on-site UCM appliance?

Cloud if you want zero maintenance and OPEX pricing; an appliance if you want ownership and one-off cost. Same platform and features either way — which is why moving between them later is feasible.
