Grandstream GSC3575 HD Intercom and Facility Control Station (Black)

The Grandstream GSC3575 is a wall panel that does the jobs usually spread across three or four separate devices: it is an HD intercom, an alarm and facility control station, and an Android touchscreen that runs the apps for lighting, HVAC and room scheduling.

The 8 alarm inputs and 2 alarm outputs are what make it a control station rather than a large intercom. Door contacts, PIRs, panic buttons, tamper switches and gas or water sensors wire straight into it, and its outputs can trigger a relay, a strike or a siren. It is a small building management point on the wall, reachable over SIP.

A 7-inch 1024×600 capacitive touchscreen, 6 SIP accounts, full-duplex two-way HD audio with echo cancellation, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0 and a 100 Mbps PoE port complete it. It runs Android 13, so smart office apps from the Play Store run alongside the intercom.

Frequently asked questions

What would I actually wire into the alarm inputs?

Door contacts, PIR sensors, panic and assistance buttons, tamper switches, and water or gas detectors. Eight inputs covers a small building's worth. The two outputs drive a relay, a door strike or a siren.

Is it a door station?

No — it goes inside, and it answers door stations. Put a GDS door station at the entrance and a GSC3575 at reception, and reception sees and speaks to whoever is at the door and releases it from the same panel.

Does the Android part really matter?

It is the reason it replaces several devices. Lighting, HVAC and room-booking apps run on it directly, so the panel that handles the intercom also handles the room. Treat it as a networked computer: keep the firmware current and control what gets installed.

Can it be wall-mounted with one cable?

Yes — the network port carries PoE, so one cable does power and network. The alarm wiring is separate and runs to wherever the sensors are.

Does it need Wi-Fi?

No, but it has Wi-Fi 6 built in for positions with no network socket. Bear in mind a Wi-Fi installation still needs power from somewhere.

Do I need a Grandstream phone system?

No — it is a standards-based SIP device. It is at its best on a Grandstream UCM with Grandstream door stations and speakers, where paging and door release are already integrated.
