Grandstream GXV3380 Wall Mount Kit

The GXV3380 wall mount kit is the official bracket for mounting a Grandstream GXV3380 video phone on a wall instead of standing it on a desk.

It is worth ordering at the same time as the phones rather than afterwards. A video phone on a wall is a very different product from one on a desk — it becomes a door monitor, a corridor point or a room panel — and that decision is usually made during the fit-out, when the bracket needs to already be on site.

Does it fit other GXV models?

It is the kit for the GXV3380. Other models in the range have their own brackets — tell us which phone you have and we will send the right one rather than the nearest one.

Are the fixings included?

Yes, the kit includes its mounting hardware. What it cannot include is the right fixing for your wall — plasterboard, brick and stud partitions all want something different, and a video phone is heavy enough that this matters.

Can I still plug a headset and network cable in?

Yes. The bracket is designed around the phone's connectors so the cabling routes properly behind it.

Should I order one per phone?

One kit mounts one phone. If a rollout has ten wall positions, that is ten kits — and they are much easier to order now than to chase mid-installation.
