No. The handset only. If your cord is kinked, stretched or damaged, add one to the order — it is the most common follow-up call we get on this part.
Will it fit my phone?
It fits the GRP26XX range and the GXV3380, GXV3480, GXV3450, GXV3350 and GXV3470. Older GXP models take a different handset — we stock those separately, so send us the model number if you are unsure.
Is it the same audio quality as the original?
It is the original Grandstream part, not a generic handset, so the microphone and receiver are the ones the phone was designed around.
Should I keep spares?
On a site with a lot of desks, yes. Handsets are the first thing to break and the cheapest thing to have on a shelf.
