Construction is durable, with a sealed keypad design that shrugs off everyday office life, and it desk- or wall-mounts. Note the title: no PSU is included — it is built to run on PoE. If you want a touch screen, step up to the CCX 400; for a 7-inch executive screen, the CCX 600.

Is a power supply in the box?

No — no PSU is included. The CCX 350 is designed to power over PoE. If your switch is not PoE, order the appropriate power adapter separately and we will add it to the order.

Does it only work with Microsoft Teams?

It is sold and provisioned here as a Teams-integrated phone and that is where it belongs. If your platform is a hosted SIP PBX rather than Teams, tell us and we will point you at the right phone — likely a Poly Edge model.

How is it managed day to day?

Through the Microsoft Teams admin centre alongside your other Teams devices — sign-in, updates and policies are handled centrally.

What stops background noise on calls?

Poly's Acoustic Fence and NoiseBlockAI technologies suppress keyboard clatter, nearby conversations and general open-office noise before it reaches the far end.
