The Poly CCX 400 is the always-on, always-ready Teams phone for desks and common areas: a colour touch screen with a native Microsoft Teams experience, where contacts and meetings are one tap away — or it can be deployed showing a familiar dial pad for shared spaces.

Provisioning and management run through the Microsoft Teams admin centre, so a fleet of these is genuinely low-effort to run. It installs on desks and lobby tables, wall-mounts with an optional bracket, and an optional Wi-Fi accessory covers spots with no ethernet drop. As the title says, no power adapter is included — plan for PoE. The CCX 350 is the keypad-first cheaper sibling; the CCX 600 the 7-inch executive option.

Frequently asked questions

Does it come with a power supply?

No — the power adapter is sold separately. On a PoE switch port you will not need one; for Wi-Fi or non-PoE deployments, add the adapter to your order.

Can we use it where there is no network socket?

Yes, via the optional Wi-Fi accessory — the phone then only needs a mains outlet (with the separate power adapter). Useful for lobby tables and retrofitted spaces.

Is it hard to roll out at scale?

No — CCX phones are provisioned and managed from the Microsoft Teams admin centre, so sign-in, updates and policy are handled centrally rather than handset by handset.

Touch screen or dial pad for common areas?

Both are available on the same phone: deploy the native Teams touch experience, or configure the familiar dial-pad presentation for lobbies and shared spaces where simplicity wins.
