The Poly CCX 600 is the executive desk phone of the CCX range: a 7-inch colour touch screen with room to work, backed by the audio stack Poly is known for — HD Voice, Acoustic Clarity and Acoustic Fence, which strips out the background noise of open offices before it reaches the far end.
This is the Microsoft Teams/Skype for Business edition. It runs on the latest powerful chipsets, so the interface is fast and responsive, with one-touch access to contacts and meetings — and built-in Wi-Fi means it installs anywhere. No PSU is included, so plan for PoE on cabled desks. For standard positions, the CCX 400 and CCX 350 cover the lower tiers.

Is a PSU included with the CCX 600?
No. Power over PoE on a cabled connection, or order the power adapter separately — particularly if you plan to use the built-in Wi-Fi, where PoE is not available.
Does it work with Skype for Business as well as Teams?
Yes — this is the Microsoft Teams/SfB edition, so it suits organisations mid-migration from Skype for Business to Teams.
Who should get this phone rather than a CCX 400?
