The Poly Edge E450 is the power-user model of the Edge E series: two displays and 14 line keys give heavy phone users — reception, sales desks, assistants — their lines, BLFs and speed dials without paging through menus, all in a seriously sharp package.

Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are both built in, so it deploys without an ethernet run and pairs wireless headsets directly, and it is designed for hot-desking and home offices as much as fixed positions. Like its siblings it is open SIP for hosted platforms, with no PSU included. The E550 is the alternative dual-display option; the E300 covers standard desks.

Frequently asked questions

How do I power it if I use Wi-Fi instead of ethernet?

On Wi-Fi there is no PoE, so you will need the Poly power adapter — which is not included in the box. On a cabled desk, PoE covers it with no adapter.

Can I pair a Bluetooth headset directly?

Yes — Bluetooth is built in, so wireless headsets connect without a dongle. See our headset range for options we can confirm against the E450.

Will it work with our hosted PBX?

Yes, the Edge E series is open SIP and certified against mainstream hosted platforms; we will check your specific provider before shipping if you ask.
