PSU-HT80XPSU for HT801, HT802
The genuine Grandstream power supply for the HT801 and HT802 telephone adaptors.
These ATAs have no PoE option — the adapter is their only power source. When it goes missing in an office move or fails after years plugged in behind a desk, the fax or analogue phone it feeds goes silent with it. A spare on the shelf is the cheapest insurance in the building.
Use the correct adapter. Voltage and polarity vary across the Grandstream range, and a generic supply of roughly the right size can damage the device.

Frequently asked questions
Can the HT801 or HT802 run on PoE instead?
No — these models are mains-powered only, so this adapter is not optional. If you want an ATA fed from the network cable, that is a different conversation about switches and different hardware.
Can I use any adapter of the same size?
Better not to. Voltage and polarity differ across the range and the wrong supply can damage the device.
Does it fit the HT812 or HT814?
No — the larger HT8xx units take their own supplies, listed separately. This part is for the HT801 and HT802.
