TP-Link
LS1210GPTP-Link LS1210GP 10 Port Gigabit Switch
The TP-Link LS1210GP tops the LiteWave PoE desktop range with ten Gigabit ports and the same zero-configuration approach as its smaller siblings: it automatically detects and supplies power to any IEEE 802.3af/at compliant powered device, sending data and electricity down the same cable.
That makes it a strong fit for growing surveillance and Wi-Fi installs — a spread of IP cameras plus a couple of access points such as the EAP225 or Omada EAP610, all fed from one unassuming box. Smaller jobs are covered by the LS108GP and LS105GP.
Key features
- Ten Gigabit ports — the most capacity in the LiteWave PoE desktop family.
- Automatic PoE — detects and powers IEEE 802.3af/at compliant devices with no set-up.
- One cable does both jobs — extend the network to places with no power lines or outlets.
- Unmanaged simplicity — nothing to configure, nothing to maintain.
- Made for APs, IP cameras and IP phones — the workloads PoE was built for.
- Ready to deploy — power adapter, installation guide and rubber feet in the box.
Works with
- TP-Link Omada EAP610 — Wi-Fi 6 ceiling AP powered over PoE
- TP-Link LS108GP — 8-port LiteWave PoE sibling
- All switches
- All wireless access points
- All networking
Frequently asked questions
Is any configuration required?
No — it is unmanaged and entirely plug-and-play. PoE detection and power delivery happen automatically for compliant devices.
Which PoE standard does it use?
IEEE 802.3af/at, covering the vast majority of access points, IP cameras and IP phones. Non-PoE devices can share the same ports for data.
Does it ship with a PSU?
Yes — a power adapter is included, along with an installation guide and rubber feet for desktop placement.
When should I look at a smart switch?
If the install needs VLAN separation, traffic prioritisation or remote monitoring, consider an Omada smart PoE switch such as the SG2210P; for pure power-and-connect duties the LS1210GP keeps cost and complexity down.
