Grandstream GRP2615 Carrier Grade IP Phone

The Grandstream GRP2615 is the phone to reach for when a desk has to do the work of a switchboard. Ten line keys sit under a 4.3-inch colour display, up to sixteen SIP accounts can be registered, and forty built-in digital BLF positions cover the extensions a receptionist or coordinator needs to see at a glance.

If forty is still not enough, the GBX20 expansion module adds a further forty BLF or speed-dial keys per unit. Integrated dual-band Wi-Fi 6 on current hardware revisions means the phone can go where the cabling has not, and swappable face plates let service providers or larger organisations put their own branding on the handset. Gigabit ports, 802.3af PoE and the standard GRP security stack complete a phone designed to be deployed in quantity and left alone.

Frequently asked questions

How many extensions can a GRP2615 monitor in total?

Forty digital BLF positions are built in. Each GBX20 module adds another forty, so a fully expanded position can cover a large organisation.

Does every GRP2615 have Wi-Fi?

Integrated dual-band Wi-Fi 6 is present on hardware revision 5.0 and later. If wireless is essential, confirm the hardware revision when you order and we will check stock for you.

What are the swappable face plates for?

They let a reseller or organisation apply their own branding to the handset, which is why the GRP2615 is popular with service providers.

Can I use a USB headset?

Yes. There is a USB port in addition to the RJ9 jack, so both USB and EHS headsets are supported.

Is the GRP2615 overkill for a normal desk?

Probably. For a standard user, the GRP2613 or GRP2614 is a better fit. The GRP2615 earns its keep on positions that transfer calls all day.
