The Grandstream GRP2616 pairs a 4.3-inch colour main display with a second 2.4-inch portrait screen dedicated to labelling its keys. Six line keys register up to sixteen SIP accounts and can be programmed digitally as twenty-four BLF or fast-dial positions, all labelled on screen rather than on printed paper inserts.
It is aimed at senior users and busy coordinators who need visibility of colleagues without moving up to a full ten-key console. Dual-band Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth are integrated, so it works on a hot desk or in a home office as readily as on a cabled floor, and USB headset support sits alongside the traditional RJ9 EHS jack. Gigabit ports with 802.3af PoE keep installation to a single cable.

What does the second screen do?
It labels the line and BLF keys digitally. When you reassign a key, the label changes automatically instead of needing a reprinted paper insert.
How does the GRP2616 differ from the GRP2615?
The GRP2615 has ten line keys, forty digital BLF positions and GBX20 expansion support. The GRP2616 has six line keys, up to twenty-four BLF positions and the second labelling screen instead.
Can it run entirely over Wi-Fi?
Yes. Dual-band Wi-Fi 6 is integrated, so only power is required at the desk if you would rather not run a data cable.
Does it support USB headsets?
Yes, alongside the RJ9 jack with EHS for Plantronics models, so most headset types are covered.
Is 802.3af PoE enough to power it?
