Grandstream GSC3615 Weather-Proof Infrared Bullet IP Camera

The Grandstream GSC3615 is a wall-mounted bullet IP camera: 1080p over H.264 or H.265, a 3.6 mm lens, smart infrared for night, an IP67 housing — and the same trick as its dome sibling: it is a SIP endpoint.

That means it can stream its video and audio into a call on your phone platform — ringing a GXV video phone, a GSC3570 wall station or the Wave app when motion trips it, and showing the person who answers exactly what it sees. Wire an external microphone and speaker to its interfaces and it becomes two-way: a camera that can also challenge.

Bullet form is a statement as much as a shape. A visible camera pointing down the drive announces itself — which at a gate, a yard entrance or a loading bay is precisely the job. For discreet ceiling coverage, the GSC3610 dome is the same camera in the quieter body.

Frequently asked questions

What does SIP on a camera actually do?

It makes the camera a call participant — ringing a phone or wall station when triggered and streaming what it sees into the call. Ordinary CCTV cameras only feed recorders.

Is the audio two-way out of the box?

The camera has interfaces for an external microphone and speaker — wire those and you have two-way audio at the camera position.

Bullet or dome?

Bullet (this one) for walls and visible deterrence pointing at an approach. Dome (GSC3610) for ceilings and where you would rather the direction of view was not advertised.

Will it record to my existing NVR?

If the recorder is ONVIF compliant, generally yes. Tell us what you record to and we will confirm.

H.264 or H.265?

Use H.265 if your recorder supports it — roughly half the storage for the same quality. Fall back to H.264 for older platforms.
