SX3008FTP-Link Omada SX3008F Aggregation L2+ Non PoE Switch
The Omada SX3008F is a compact all-fibre aggregation switch: eight 10 Gbps SFP+ slots and 160 Gbps of switching capacity in a fanless, silent chassis. It is the tidy way to tie together the 10G uplinks from several edge switches, or to give servers and NAS boxes a fast fibre backbone.
In an Omada network it aggregates PoE access switches such as the SG3428XMP and hands the traffic to your router, with the whole fabric cloud-managed via an OC300 controller. Because it is fanless, it can live outside the comms room without adding noise.

What is an aggregation switch for?
It sits above your access switches and collects their 10G uplinks into one high-speed layer, so traffic between floors, servers and the router never funnels through a slow link.
Are there any copper ports?
No — all eight ports are SFP+ slots. Populate them with fibre transceivers or DAC cables to suit each run; we can advise on the right modules for your distances.
Does it need an Omada controller?
No — standalone web, CLI, SNMP and RMON management is built in. Adding a controller brings it into the same dashboard as your Omada APs, switches and gateway.
Is it noisy?
No — it is completely fanless, so it runs silently even mounted in an office rack.
