The Omada SX3016F is a 16-slot 10G aggregation switch with 320 Gbps of switching capacity — the collection point for a serious campus or multi-rack backbone. All sixteen ports are SFP+ slots, ready for fibre or DAC runs to edge switches, servers and storage.
Two power supply modules back each other up, so a single PSU fault does not take the backbone down. It aggregates edge stacks such as the SG3428XMP and feeds L3 cores like the SG6428X, with the whole fabric cloud-managed through an Omada controller.

Who needs 16 × 10G ports?
Sites aggregating many edge switches, virtualisation hosts or storage over 10G — schools, campuses, studios and growing server rooms where a pair of 10G uplinks per rack quickly adds up.
How does the power redundancy work?
The switch carries two power supply modules that back each other up; if one fails, the other carries the load without interruption.
Copper or fibre?
The slots are SFP+, so each port takes whichever medium suits the run — multi-mode or single-mode fibre transceivers, or DAC cables inside the rack. We can specify the modules for your distances.
Does it need an Omada controller?
No — standalone web, CLI, SNMP and RMON are built in; a controller adds single-dashboard management across the Omada estate.
