TP-Link SF1008P 8 Port PoE Switch

The TP-Link SF1008P is an eight-port PoE switch with four PoE+ ports — four powered connections for cameras, access points or IP phones, plus four data-only ports for the recorder, router uplink and local devices. Each PoE+ port supplies up to 30 W to IEEE 802.3af/at compliant devices, from a 66 W total budget.

It carries the same surveillance-minded feature set as the rest of the SF10xxP family: Extend Mode reaches cameras up to 250 m away, Priority Mode protects ports 1–2 for sensitive feeds, and PoE Auto Recovery power-cycles any connected device on ports 1–4 that drops or hangs — particularly welcome for camera systems in hard-to-reach spots.

Sitting between the SF1005P and the eight-PoE-port SF1009P, it is the sweet spot when four powered ports are enough but you want extra data ports for free.
