The UCM RemoteConnect Enterprise plan is the top tier: an on-site UCM6300-series PBX with up to 400 remote users, 64 concurrent remote sessions, 10 GB of cloud storage and the Cloud IM service included.
RemoteConnect solves the problem every on-prem PBX has: the people who are not on site. Grandstream's cloud handles NAT traversal and secure connectivity, so remote staff sign into Wave — or register a home desk phone — and they are an extension again. At Enterprise scale, Cloud IM adds cloud-hosted team messaging across the whole estate, and API/SDK support carries integrations.

Frequently asked questions
RemoteConnect or CloudUCM?
RemoteConnect assumes you own a UCM appliance and adds secure remote access to it. CloudUCM replaces the appliance with a hosted PBX. Own a UCM6300: this. No PBX yet: CloudUCM.
Is Cloud IM really included?
Yes — the Enterprise plan includes the Cloud IM service that other tiers buy as an add-on, so team messaging comes with the remote calling.
What counts as a concurrent session?
Remote voice/video calls or meeting joins happening at the same moment through the cloud. LAN calls inside the office do not touch the allowance.
