The UCM RemoteConnect Business plan gives an on-site UCM6300-series PBX up to 200 remote users, 32 concurrent remote sessions and 5 GB of cloud storage.
RemoteConnect solves the problem every on-prem PBX has: the people who are not on site. Grandstream's cloud handles NAT traversal and secure connectivity, so remote staff sign into Wave — or register a home desk phone — and they are an extension again. No VPN, no port forwarding, no exposed PBX. Business-tier accounts also carry API/SDK support and qualify for the Cloud IM add-on.

Frequently asked questions
RemoteConnect or CloudUCM?
RemoteConnect assumes you own a UCM appliance and adds secure remote access to it. CloudUCM replaces the appliance with a hosted PBX. Own a UCM6300: this. No PBX yet: CloudUCM.
What counts as a concurrent session?
Remote voice/video calls or meeting joins happening at the same moment through the cloud. LAN calls inside the office do not touch the allowance.
Business or Enterprise?
Enterprise doubles both ceilings (400 users, 64 sessions), doubles storage to 10 GB and includes the Cloud IM service. If remote messaging matters as much as remote calling, Enterprise is the cleaner buy.
