The UCM RemoteConnect Pro plan gives an on-site UCM6300-series PBX up to 100 remote users, 16 concurrent remote sessions and 2 GB of cloud storage.

RemoteConnect solves the problem every on-prem PBX has: the people who are not on site. Grandstream's cloud handles NAT traversal and secure connectivity, so remote staff sign into Wave — or register a home desk phone — and they are an extension again. No VPN, no port forwarding, no exposed PBX. At this tier the service also carries API/SDK access for integrations.

Frequently asked questions

RemoteConnect or CloudUCM?

RemoteConnect assumes you own a UCM appliance and adds secure remote access to it. CloudUCM replaces the appliance with a hosted PBX. Own a UCM6300: this. No PBX yet: CloudUCM.

What counts as a concurrent session?

Remote voice/video calls or meeting joins happening at the same moment through the cloud. LAN calls inside the office do not touch the allowance.

Pro or Business?

Count remote headcount and the busiest remote hour. A hundred registered users with sixteen simultaneous sessions covers a substantially hybrid mid-size business; if remote calling is heavier, Business doubles both.
