The CloudUCM Misc Upgrade is the flexible upgrade line for Grandstream's CloudUCM platform — the item we use to supply upgrades that do not fit one of the standard licences, with the exact scope agreed with you before the order is placed.
Most CloudUCM upgrades have their own product. Extra extensions come as the EXTRA200, the small-business bundle as the SB Upgrade, branding as the Custom Logo add-on, and the plan tiers themselves from Startup to Business. This line exists for the combinations and special cases that fall outside those — which is exactly why it should not be bought blind.
Please contact us before ordering this item. We will confirm what your upgrade covers, in writing, so what you pay for and what gets applied to your CloudUCM are the same thing.
