Grandstream GRP2613 Carrier-Grade IP Phone

The Grandstream GRP2613 is a carrier-grade desk phone built for busy users who need real key capacity without a large footprint. Six multipurpose line keys carry up to four SIP accounts and can be expanded digitally to twenty-four BLF positions, all rendered on a 2.8-inch colour display rather than the monochrome LCD found lower in the range.

At just 52.1mm deep and 554g it is one of the slimmest phones in its class, which matters on crowded desks and in call-centre pods. Gigabit ports and integrated 802.3af PoE keep cabling simple, and power draw is modest at under 4W. Service providers favour it because the whole GRP platform provisions through GDMS or TR-069 with encrypted configuration files, so a batch can be staged centrally and shipped straight to site.

Frequently asked questions

How many extensions can the GRP2613 monitor?

Six physical keys, expandable digitally to twenty-four BLF positions that you page through on the colour display. For more than that, consider the GRP2615 with a GBX20 module.

Does the GRP2613 have Wi-Fi?

Not on this model. The GRP2613W variant adds wireless; the standard GRP2613 is wired Gigabit only. The GRP2614 and above include integrated Wi-Fi 6.

Is PoE included as standard?

Yes. Integrated 802.3af PoE is built in, and the phone draws under 4W, so it will not stress a PoE budget even on a fully populated switch.

How does it compare to the GXP1630 it often replaces?

The GRP2613 offers a colour screen, more line keys, more BLF capacity, 5-way conferencing and modern GDMS provisioning, in a slimmer chassis.

Can I brand or customise the display?

The GRP series supports custom screensavers and wallpaper through provisioning, which service providers often use for their own branding.
