Yes — PoE is built in, so a PoE switch port powers it with no local adapter. Order a PSU alongside only if your switch is not PoE.
Is Android on a desk phone a security worry?
It is managed like any provisioned endpoint: locked-down firmware from Fanvil, central provisioning, and no user app store free-for-all unless you enable it. We can advise on lockdown settings for your estate.
